Our Second Mile Ministry Partner for December is Lutheran Social Services of Northern California. LSS responds when people are vulnerable because of homelessness, mental illness, drug addiction, or disaster. It provides support services and compassionate guidance to help individuals, families, and youth emerging from foster care to stabilize their lives and become self-sufficient. The LSS programs serve clients from San Joaquin County to the Oregon border, providing hope, housing, and compassionate support.
