Pastor
Reverend Ariel Mink

Pastor Ariel began her role as interim pastor of All Saints Lutheran in December 2024. She also serves as the Associate Presbyter and Stated Clerk of the Presbytery of the Redwoods, a mid-council of the Presbyterian Church (USA), and has served previously as the interim pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Novato.
Pastor Ariel grew up in Novato and has deep roots in the community. A lifetime learner, Pastor Ariel has four master’s degrees (Divinity, Business Administration, Library Science, and Knowledge Management) as well as an undergraduate degree in English Literature. In late 2025, the congregation invited Pastor Ariel to continue on a permanent basis. In January 2026, Pastor Ariel was officially installed as Pastor of All Saints. We are delighted to have her as our spiritual leader!

In her free time, Pastor Ariel loves to cook and bake. She also takes great delight in her two cats and dog as well as her newest hobby: backyard bird watching (and feeding!). Pastor Ariel, and her husband, David, have one daughter, Sierra, who lives in Boston with her husband, Aaron.
Sue has been a long time active and valued member of All Saints, sings in the choir and now also keeps the office running harmoniously.
