The Ministry partner for the All Saints Lutheran Second Mile Giving Program in February is Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS).
PLTS provides theological education for the training of clergy and lay leaders through ordination, non-ordination and research-level degrees and certificates.
It is one of seven seminaries of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, a founding member of the Graduate Theological Union, and a graduate school of California Lutheran University. PLTS was the first ELCA seminary to become a Reconciling in Christ seminary.
To help us learn more about PLTS and its endeavors, Rev. Sra Wilson, Associate Director of Seminary Relations, will speak to us at our forum after worship on February 13. She is hoping to have a student or two join her.
